1. Eligibility: The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort Business Card Drop Box Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 4/1/2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 12/30/2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter: To enter, individuals must visit The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort located at [address] during normal business hours within the Sweepstakes Period. Participants must drop their business card in the designated drop box provided by The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort. Each participant may only enter once per month.
4. Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each calendar month of the Sweepstakes Period. The drawings will be conducted on or about the first week of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: Each monthly winner will receive a $50 Shawnee Gift Card. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $600. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the business card within five (5) business days of the drawing. The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
7. Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to allow The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort to use their names, likeness, and business information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort in its sole discretion.
9. Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, 100 Shawnee Inn Drive, Shawnee on Delaware, PA 18356.
11. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, P.O. BOX 67, Shawnee on Delaware, PA 18356. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
12. Legal Compliance: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
