Sponsors and Donations

The historic Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort has been part of the community for over 100 years. We have supported many charities and other philanthropic causes throughout that time. Our ownership, The Kirkwood Family, is internationally known for their charitable nature. Support from our resort can come in many forms; discounted services for hosting an event, certificates, branded products, and/or volunteer hours from our staff. We concentrate on supporting entities that have a direct effect on our immediate surroundings aiding in expanding sustainability, education, the strength of our local businesses, and health of our community members.

The historic Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort encompasses Shawnee Golf, Shawnee River Trips, Spa and Salon Shawnee, ShawneeCraft Brewery, The Gem and Keystone Brewpub, The River Room, The Shawnee Playhouse, and lodging or other requests from the resort.

In an attempt to streamline our offerings and maximize our giving opportunities, we ask that any requests for charitable donations go through our administrative office and not to each individual outlet.

  • Guidelines

    1. If you are seeking a contribution related to an event, we must receive your inquiry 30 days prior to the date of the event.
    2. All donations and requests must be for events and/or organizations within 60 miles of the resort.
    3. We kindly request that you only ask for one donation per year.
