Shawnee Holiday Market 2023 Vendor Application
The Shawnee HOLIDAY MARKET runs from 5pm to 10pm December 6 through December 23. The market will be Wednesday through Sunday. There is no market on the evening of December 17th (Sunday). The fee is $100, due the first of December in the form of a check. All processed products must be made by the vendor.

Health Department Related Licenses

Food vendors must have current licensing. All vendors engaged in baking, canning, food preserving, food processing, food packaging, etc, must have a food processors license issued by the appropriate government agency. No vendor will be permitted to sell any such regulated product at the market without submitting a copy of the license with this application. If you are required to have a health related license, please mail a copy of the local/State issued license(s) required to sell my product(s) along with your vendor check.
PA Sales Tax

If you plan to sell a product at the Market which is taxable, you may be required to charge your customers sales tax. Contact the PA Dept. of Revenue's business tax hotline at (717) 787-1064 or visit http://www.revenue.state.pa.us/. If sales tax applies to your business, please mail a copy of your Tax ID along with your vendor check.
Additional Licenses, Permits, etc.
Please provide copies of any other licenses, certificates or permits required to sell your products at the market. Depending on your business, products and production location, you may be subject to additional permits and/or licenses from similar regulatory agencies. It is your responsibility to ensure proper compliance with all requirements. The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort will not be held accountable for any vendor's failure to comply with such regulatory licensing or permitting requirements. Failure to comply with local, state or federal requirements may result in immediate expulsion from the market.

MARKET OFFERINGS:

List all items to be sold. Only listed items may be sold. All food selling vendor applicants must comply with liability insurance requirements and Board of Health food permits (when applicable).

Fees
All fees are for one 8 feet x 5 feet space in the lobby of the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort. All fees are non-refundable. One eight for table and two chairs available upon request. Vendor Fee is a flat fee for participation. Does not change depending upon how many days you participate.
