Night 1 – Tree Lighting & Carol Sing
Friday, November 27 | 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Kick off the holiday season with Shawnee by Candlelight. Gather for festive caroling, enjoy Santa's arrival, and watch the Christmas tree come to life during our annual lighting ceremony at 6 PM. Hot cocoa, cookies, and seasonal cocktails will be available for purchase.
Night 2 – Wine & Wreaths Workshop
Saturday, November 28 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Create a beautiful holiday wreath while enjoying a relaxing evening with friends. Admission includes wreath-making materials and a complimentary glass of wine. Space is limited, making this the perfect festive night for couples, friends, or a holiday girls' outing.
Night 3 – Gingerbread Contest
Thursday, December 3 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Build your best gingerbread creation using one decorating kit for up to two participants. Friendly judging, holiday music, and festive treats make this a fun evening for families, couples, and creative competitors. Entries will be displayed throughout the season.
Night 4 – Holiday Spirits Night
Friday, December 4 | 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Celebrate the season with handcrafted holiday cocktails, cozy live acoustic music, and festive atmosphere in the River Room. Admission includes a signature seasonal drink or tasting flight, making it the perfect adults-only holiday night out.
Night 5 – Cocoa & Carol Karaoke

Warm up with hot cocoa or eggnog before taking the stage for an evening of holiday karaoke by the fireplace. Dress festively, sing your favorite seasonal classics, and compete for fun prizes in this family-friendly celebration.
Night 6 – Holiday Trivia

Gather your team and test your holiday knowledge during an evening of festive trivia. Enjoy seasonal food and drink specials while competing for bragging rights and prizes. Admission is free with any food or beverage purchase.
Night 7 – Jingle Bell Bingo & Game Night

Sample handcrafted holiday cocktails thoughtfully paired with freshly baked seasonal cookies. Admission includes two festive cocktails and three curated cookie pairings for a delicious holiday tasting experience before your evening plans.
Night 11 – Santa, Carols & Cookies

Visit with Santa, enjoy live holiday carols, and share cookies and hot cocoa with family and friends. This festive evening is perfect for holiday photos, making memories, and celebrating together before Christmas arrives.
Night 12 – Caroling & 'Twas the Night Before Christmas
Thursday, December 24 | Christmas Eve
Gather by the fireplace for Shawnee's Christmas Eve tradition featuring a reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, candlelight caroling, and the warmth of the season. Hot cocoa and cider will be available for purchase as we close our holiday celebration together.
