Band Schmidtwood Flow playing various instruments on stage

COMMUNITY CONCERT SERIES: SCHMIDTWOOD FLOW

Tuesday, September 09 - Tuesday, September 09
Schmidtwood Flow takes the stage for the Community Concert Series.
The band has always had the core of Bryan Schmidt and Jonathan Kirkwood. Jonathan Sampson on drums, and the remainder are talented players from the area who will be playing. The music features original music written by Jon Kirkwood with a mix of classic rock more on the jam band side. SchmidtWood Flow occupy that fertile ground someplace between jam band of yesteryear and what Rusted Root, Van Morrisson, and Coldplay would sound like mashed up with some Bastille and a hint of Joan Armatrading. Who knows what they may sound like next! It’s a fun experience as all the performers love the surprises as do the audience. It’s never the same twice!
Community concerts are Shawnee's gift to the community. Please bring your own blanket or chair to enjoy this performance. Concerts are held rain or shine. Donations to the artists are much appreciated.
