RUNNING CLUB

Thursday from 6 pm to 7 pm

Join the ShawneeCraft Brewery running club on Thursday evenings at 6pm. Enjoy a three-mile run or walk around the grounds of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort and then stop off at the brewery for open mic, drinks, and friendly fun. This is a casual run/walk at your own risk. If you wish to extend your run, you can easily connect to the nearby McDade Trail. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the waiver in the taproom.

Journey under the stars with red-light flashlights, perfect for stargazing enthusiasts. Cozy up by the fire with hot chocolate and relax in Zero Gravity Lounge Chairs. These Poconos outdoor trams run on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 PM.

HISTORIC CANDLE MAKING TRAM TOUR

Sunday,wednesday from 1 pm to 8 pm

.On this tour, you’ll visit landmarks like Fort Depuy, Fred Waring’s home, and the Shawnee Playhouse. Enjoy a hands-on candle-making activity while you uncover the region’s rich past. Tours run on Wednesdays at 7 PM and on Sundays at 2 PM.

COMMUNITY CONCERT SERIES: THE BRASS MENAGERIE

The Brass Menagerie takes the indoor stage for the Community Concert Series at 7pm.

The Brass Menagerie is an ever evolving assortment of musicians dedicated to bringing the glorious sounds of brass choir music to their audiences. Performances include a wide range of musical styles and genres from Baroque Masterworks, Operatic Arias, Sousa Marches, Ragtime and Great American Songbook Standards. Their programs are both challenging for the players and entertaining for the audience.

Community concerts are Shawnee's gift to the community. Concerts are held rain or shine. Donations to the artists are much appreciated.

Pocono Duo takes the stage for the rhythm and brews series at 7pm.

Toby (acoustic guitar & vocals) and Kevin (bass & vocals) are The Pocono Duo. Playing a unique collection of covers from the 70’s, 80‘s, 90‘s, and beyond, The Duo has developed a faithful following in the Pocono region including East Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg.

Cold Sweat takes the stage for the rhythm and brews series at 7pm.

Cold Sweat celebrates the rock music of the 1960s through the 1980’s. Tom Petty, The Doors, The Allman Brothers, Jimi Hendrix, ZZ Top, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmy Buffet, Van Morrison… plus many more familiar and danceable songs of that era.

Adam McKinley takes the stage for the rhythm and brews series at 2pm.

Since 2007, Adam McKinley has fronted Kingston-based blues/funk band SUZE and has played countless shows locally and regionally with both the band and as a solo performer. The unique sound the band has crafted through the years has bled into Adam’s acoustic shows, where he covers a wide range of artists from The Beatles to The Wood Brothers to Jack White, while also sprinkling in a few choice original songs.

RHYTHM AND BREWS: GRANT WAGNER TRIO

Grant Wagner Trio takes the stage for the rhythm and brews series at 6pm.

Grant Wagner Trio features local musicians Grant Wagner, Robin Powlus, and Frank Foley. Over the last few years Grant Wagner has become a regular on the Pocono Music Scene. Although he is best known as the bassist for local rock trio Sick Whiskey, Grant can frequently be found around town performing as a soloist, or filling in on bass, electric guitar, and drums for many different acts in the area. A multi-instrumentalist of 15 years, Grant seldom strays too far from his Blues Roots, and is known for adding colorful chords and tasty licks into his playing.

Pocono Roy’s dad was a Salsa bandleader in Brooklyn, and Roy was gigging by the time he was 14. He covers every decade of American and world music.

Spending years honing his skills and carving out his voice, Zac Lawless has become a well- established musician throughout Northeast PA. & NJ. With his ever-evolving live performances, heartfelt songwriting and well-produced studio recordings, he performs regularly at many popular venues and continues to play and record with some of the area’s finest. Zac is a multifaceted artist; a player of many instruments and genres. He performs with a raw passion and a subtle nerve, a singer/songwriter that reflects his day.

Formed in 2019, Smooth Retsina Glow is one of the most dynamic, creative, and musically invigorating bands to emerge from the Lehigh Valley in recent years. Currently consisting of Colin Wolf, Sarah Stoll, Jacob Wolfe, and Brian Dercas. Genre-defying rock band — from mellow grooves to electric riffs. Expect the unexpected with Smooth Retsina Glow.
