Thursday, January 15, 2013 (Shawnee on Delaware, Pennsylvania) – The Gem and Keystone Brewpub™, located on River Road in Shawnee on Delaware, Pennsylvania, is extending Monroe County Community Services Workers a 10% discount on all food items served at the restaurant.
“When I was hired to be the General Manager at The Gem and Keystone Brewpub™, one of my goals was to create a way to reward some of our local community service men and woman. With that said, it is our pleasure to announce that the Gem and Keystone Brewpub is offering a 10% food discount to many Monroe County service workers. It is available for any sized party, 7 days a week, dine in, to go, lunch or dinner; indefinitely”, stated Robert DeFalco, General Manager of The Gem and Keystone Brewpub™. “The only thing Monroe County Community Service employees need to do in order to activate the discount is present a current ID badge or paycheck from your institution before the bill is presented.”
Robert DeFalco has recently been named the General Manager at The Gem and Keystone Brewpub™. Highlighting his first order of business, DeFalco felt it was necessary to support those who are dedicated to enriching life in Monroe County.
The following community service outlets have been included in the Gem and Keystone Brewpub’s 10% off Thank You program: East Stroudsburg Area School District Faculty and Staff, Stroudsburg Area School District Faculty and Staff, Pocono Mountain East and West Faculty and Staff, The Monroe County Technical Institute Faculty and Staff, Employees of Pocono Medical Center, The Stroud Area Regional Police Department, The Monroe County MHDS, Monroe County Children and Youth, Women’s Resources, Office of the Aging, The Shawnee Fire Company, The Delaware Water Gap Fire Company, and The Marshall’s Creek Fire Company.
