The Christmas Lighted Trail and Santa’s Workshop are exclusively accessible by way of the Christmas Tram Ride. No walking is allowed.
Shawnee’s Christmas Tram Ride Costs $25 for adults and $20 for children (12 and younger) from November 24, 2023 – December 11, 2023. Shawnee’s Christmas Tram Ride Costs $30 for adults and $25 for children (12 and younger) from December 13, 2023 – December 31, 2023. Children 2 and younger may ride at no cost, provided they sit on an adult’s lap. If a seat is taken, children 2 and younger will be charged the child rate.
Advanced reservations are strongly encouraged. Occupancy is limited.
Yes. There are many things to do at Santa’s workshop. Guests may depart the tram and catch the next one back to the Main Land. Trams arrive at Santa’s Workshop every 30 minutes.
At this time, pets are not allowed on the Christmas Tram Ride. Certified Service Animals are allowed.
While our 12 person tram is heated, the Christmas Tram Ride includes a visit to Santa’s Workshop on Shawnee’s private island. Santa’s Workshop is outdoors. There will be a large campfire and heaters at Santa’s Workshop. Please dress prepared for outdoor winter weather.
Christmas Tram Tours operate: Tram Tours are available Wednesday through Sunday from November 24 through December 10. Beginning December 13 through December 31 Tram Tours are available 7 Days a Week. Christmas Tram Tours will be closed December 17, 2023.
The Christmas Tram Tour offers guests a full refund for cancellations that take place 24-hours in advance of your scheduled trip.
On the day of Tram rides with potential rain, the decision to pursue or cancel Tram Tours will take place by 2:00pm. If Tram Tours are canceled due to inclement weather, the guest may choose to reschedule, trade their Tram Ride for a Buffet Dinner & access to The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s Indoor Santa’s Workshop for holiday activities and photos with Santa. Guests may also elect to receive a full refund. A member from Shawnee’s team will call each individual ticket holder to with news to cancellations and options.
