Shawnee’s Summer Community Concerts are all geared up for the season and we are so very excited about another wonderful season of music shared with our community. As always, Shawnee’s Community Concert series will take place underneath our River Sanctuary on our grand lawn brandishing the serene Delaware River as a backdrop. Our concerts are a gift the community and no admission is charged – even the bug spray is complimentary! Remember our performers love donations! The concerts take place every Tuesday from 7pm – 8pm rain or shine. Musicians are compensated by “passing the hat” through the audience.
For the fourth year in a row, we will host the Shawnee Farmer’s Market from 5-8pm on Tuesday’s starting in June accompanying the Summer Community Concerts. The Shawnee Market has become a summer staple here at Shawnee. We as a property endeavor to maximize our local and environmental assets whenever possible. The Shawnee Market is our way of inviting you to share in our joy for everything local. Want to taste Shawnee? Come to the market and sample our produce.
