Article Published August 15, 2013 by Jeromy Wo, Public Relations—I know – it is still sunny and warm outside, but I can’t hold back the excitement for another year of Holiday Traditions at Shawnee. This year’s Traditions kick off with Shawnee’s Thanksgiving Buffet taking place on November 28th followed by Shawnee’s Lighting Ceremony on December 1st. Holiday Teas and Breakfast with Santa will take place on Saturday’s and Sunday’s in December respectively. George Frideric Handel’s Messiah will take place at the Fireside Community Concert on Sunday, December 22nd. And finally, Christmas will close out Shawnee’s Traditions with a grand Christmas Day Buffet.
