Beer Release: Saison Cuvée

It’s time for a beer release!

Saison Cuvée 2021 (dry hopped saison) is our yearly spin on a classic style. This years iteration starts with a base of pilsner and wheat malt, and a light touch of rye and jasmine in the grain bill. Fermented slow and warm, with a strain of yeast cultured from one of the most famous Saison breweries in Belgium. A small addition of tettnanger dry hops were added after fermentation was finished, then during conditioning we blended in a very small amount of our funky, stainless steel aged brett beer “Prometheus”. This all comes together to form an ale that is quite dry, with spicy, herbal aromatics, and the perfect amount of farmhouse character that you should expect from these time tested and sought after libations. ABV: 6.7%
