The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Marketing, partners, and individual team managers to assist in the execution of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s Marketing Plan.
Analytics – Track, evaluate and report on marketing initiatives. Monitor performance and make recommendations to exceed revenue goals.
Creative – Develop programming and strategy engineered to drive revenue that integrates supporting analytical data and trends.
Administrative – Execute daily tasks that support The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s baseline marketing strategy.
Advertising – Assist in the execution of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s advertising plan. The plan includes the coordination of traditional and new advertising platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will use The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s social media, CRM, partner websites, and personal web presence to assist in executing the advertising plan.
Branding – Assist in the monitoring of communication outlets to ensure that look, feel and content are consistent with The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s brand identity.
Communication – Assist in the execution of internal and external communication strategies. These strategies include social media, e-mail, website, and physical communication. May require serving as spokesperson on both film and print.
Innovation – Assist in the advancement of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s Marketing Plan. Actively research, implement, monitor and test new and exciting marketing methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education – High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred with emphasis on business, hospitality, statistics, communications or marketing.
Work History – Hospitality and marketing experience preferred. We desire a minimum of 5 years of total established and positive work history.
Interpersonal – High degree of organization, attention to details and level of professional conduct. Self-starter, ambitious and multi-tasker.
Technical – Must have technology mastery. Immediate mastery in specific program suites not necessary. The ability to rapidly self-educate is required.
Writing – Strong writing skills required.
