Jenna and Bob's Wedding
June 1, 2012

How We Met...
It was the Fall of 2003 when Jenna received a clinical assignment at Ursinus College (Bob's school). With Jenna working in the athletic training office at Ursinus and Bob playing football, it was only a matter of time until fate took over and Jenna was invited to a party at the Wawa house. During the party, Bob came over and introduced himself to Jenna and sparks flew. We hung out all night and have basically been inseparable since!

Engagement Story...
It was June 19, 2011, Father's Day and we had planned to take a trip up Susquehanna County, PA where Bob has some property to go hiking and relax for the day. We started the day with a nice breakfast date at Panera and then went to our favorite market near our old apartment. We got some scallops for dinner later that night, it was an extremely hard sell to convince Jenna that the scallops would be alright in the cooler for that long. When we arrived in the mountains it was a beautiful sunny day, so we started with a hike through the woods. After the hike it was time for lunch and Bob said that he packed lunch and had a surprise for me. Jenna was very excited about the surprise and had no idea what it could be. Bob opened the back of his car and there was a new grill!!! We were able to grill the scallops and the venison burgers he packed (2 of Jenna's favorite things to eat!).
After lunch he got out a bottle of wine because he said that no picnic was complete without it. While drinking our wine we talked about how beautiful of a day it was and how much we both loved to be in the mountains. Then he said that he was happy that I loved coming to the mountains like him because then we could do it for the rest of our lives. I smiled and he walked over, got down on one knee and pulled out a ring. He asked me to marry him and immediately I kissed him a million times and of course said yes!!!
