How We Met... Since then we have enjoyed a lot of great weekends together- at the shore, hiking, and just hanging out watching football. Oh yeah and the occasional “working on the house” routine. |
Bride's Info: Amie Lyn attended Penn State (Go Lions!) & received her Bachelor of Architecture. She currently works in downtown Bethlehem and loves the small city life! Free time involves exercising their two wonderful dogs and a love/hate relationship with their fixer-upper house.
Sean attended Lock Haven University & received his Bachelor of Health Science. He is currently working in the health insurance business. Sean loves his free time to hike, play with the dogs and now wind surf! |
The Engagement... We had just gotten back from a long weekend in Pittsburgh where we met up with some of my friends. We had a nice time, but the drive was long and the early hour of the alarm going off was looming over my head. It was about 11pm when I was climbing into bed when I felt something under my pillow. As I started to say “are those my glasses…” I realized it was a ring box! Sean had picked out a beautiful Celtic eternity knot ring, right from my favorite Irish store in Bethlehem- Donegal Square. Even though we had already decided we would be getting engaged very soon since Sean had just moved in- it was nice of Sean to surprise me on the eve of my 30th Birthday…. It was the best gift! |
