How We Met...

Lou and Jessica met in Tucson ten years ago when she waited on his table. He was drinking Budweiser with his good friend, Curtis. He called her “Sweetheart” and she snapped back “My name is Jessica, not Sweetheart.”

The Engagement...

We were in New York City enjoying the holiday sites and shopping. It happened to be during the transportation strike so we did a lot of walking that day. Because of the strike, you could actually get into F.A.O. Schwartz without waiting in line. As I disappeared into the Barbie aisle, Lou snuck next door to Tiffany & Co. and bought my ring.

We sat for a rest on a bench outside of the Tavern on the Green in Central Park and he surprised me. We celebrated with dinner in Little Italy and were treated to many rounds of beer at McSorley’s by a fun group of NJ state troopers.

The Wedding...
Saturday, September 12, 2009:
The ceremony will be held at 2:00pm at Saint Philip and Saint James Roman Catholic Church, 430 South Main Street, Phillipsburg, PA.

The cocktail party will take place at 6:30pm on The South Veranda followed by a reception at 7:30pm in the Worthington Ballroom at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort.
