How We Met...

Claudio and I had met through mutual friends that wanted to set us up together. It took some time, but we finally went out on a lunch date. It was shortly after that we took a vacation to Alaska together and we knew from there that we really cared for each other. We always say that we "fell in love" in Alaska. Thank you Thom for getting married there!!!

She is also a proud mother of Kylie. They are both really excited to join as a family with Claudio. Groom's Info: Name: Claudio Brino Hometown: Southington, CT cbrino@yahoo.com Claudio is a graduate of Southern Vermont College. He has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. Claudio is now self-employed fixing up foreclosed houses. For fun we enjoy taking a long ride on the motorcycle on a nice, sunny day or we go skiing in the winter.	The Engagement... Date: Tuesday, May 5, 2009 Claudio and I had already planned our wedding but he had designed my ring so it took some time to get completed. It was finally finished on May 5 and he was very excited to give it to me. Claudio came home with it and I was putting Kylie to bed. He came into her room and asked me to close my eyes. He had her put the ring on my finger and she asked if I would marry Claudio. It was so cute! It was very important to him and I that Kylie be involved.

	The Rehearsal... Friday, September 4, 2009: We are having beer, wine and appetizers at the River Room, located on the second level of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort. Any guest of ours that is arriving on Friday is welcome.

There will be a cocktail party at 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm following the ceremony on the Veranda at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort.
