Maryjo & Brian's Wedding
Date: August 21st, 2005

The couple will exchange their vows on the front lawn overlooking the Delaware River. The cocktail hour will be on the veranda immediately following the ceremony and the reception is at 2:30.

The Engagement
Date: Weekend before Valentine's Day 2005

We would talk about getting engaged every now and then. We had been together for 3 years and we thought it was time but we really didn't set anything definite. On February 5, Brian casually asked MJ if she wanted to get married and spend the rest of her life with him. She said yes and he said ok, lets get married then. The next weekend, we went out to dinner to our favorite restaurant and MJ could see Brian was a bit nervous and different. We went to the dining room upstairs and were all alone. The owners of the restaurant were in on the secret!!! The lights were low and the music was softly playing... Tony Bennett. Anyway, Brian kept asking MJ if she had to go to the bathroom. She kept saying no but finally, after dinner, she gave in and went. When she got back to the table, there was a black velvet ring box on the table at her place. She opened the box and the ring was beautiful. She started to cry. Brian placed the ring on her finger. It was official!!

How They Met
We worked together at Milford Chrysler. But we really
didn't talk to each other much for a long time as we
worked in different departments. We started talking
after Brian scared MJ when she was in the F & I office!
Then their paths crossed a few times outside of work
where they had more opportunity to chat.
