• Rollaway Beds, surcharge of $20 per night, based on availability. Due to the various sizes of our Standard Rooms, Rollaway Beds can only be accommodated in our Suites located in our main building.

• Air conditioning and Climate control:
• The thermostat control in the guest rooms of our historic Inn, may be only turned to heat starting in the middle of October through mid May and only to cool mid May through mid October. If your room is too hot during times the Inn has only heat, please do not turn the thermostat to cool hoping to get air conditioning.  Unfortunately, due to the limitations of our system, you will only be making the room hotter.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
