28th Annual MESSIAH Sing-In
Free Community Concert
at Shawnee Playhouse
The Shawnee Playhouse presents THE MESSIAH Sing In Community Concert
on Friday December 22 at 8:00 pm.
For 28 years, the Messiah has been a joyous
Shawnee tradition, a unique presentation in which the audience
joins in the singing. Concert Master Numa Snyder and Conductor
Jerrold Fisher lead sixteen talented vocalists and a live
orchestral ensemble in one of history's most famous musical
works.
Sing along with your friends and neighbors as
we raise our voices in Handel's immortal masterpiece. Each
audience member receives a musical score and is invited to
join in singing the choral parts.

With a roaring fire in the fireplace and the fellowship of the
local community, this is an event that contributes in a very special
way to the joy of the season.
Admission is FREE. No tickets are required, but a $6.00 donation
is requested at the door for the orchestra and to keep our scores
in good condition. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
