We
were both living in Colorado and had a group
of mutual friends from back east. At the core
of this group were Rhett and Pam; apparently
we met at their wedding but neither of us remembers
that happening. Shortly after Adam moved to
Colorado, Rhett passed his brother Shane's contact
info on to Adam, and they became friends. Shane
was a close friend of Kerri & Pam's from
their days in Bloomsburg. Kerri was living in
the mountains of Colorado at the time, but would
travel down to the Front Range often to visit
and see live music with Shane. Adam would often
meet up with them and Kerri and Adam became
friendly. After about a year and a half of being
friends, we decided to take our relationship
to the next level. On February 9th 2002, while
enjoying the sounds of Garaj Mahal at Cervantes
in Denver. After that life changing evening
we started what has been the greatest time in
both of our lives….and we are ready to
spend the rest of our lives together.

January 24th, 2006
We
were on a ski vacation in Crested Butte,
Colorado. During our first day on the
mountain, we took a break on the deck
of a mid-mountain lodge. Kerri went inside
to grab a drink of water, and when she
returned, Adam got down on one knee (in
ski boots!) and proposed. For us to share
this special moment, surrounded by the
beauty of a big mountain, with blue skies
overhead, was truly magical. We were staying
at a bed and breakfast in town, and when
we arrived back at our room, we found
the handiwork of a florist Adam had hired:
multi-colored rose petals on the bed in
the shape of a giant heart… it
was truly beautiful. We finished off the
day with an excellent dinner including
everything from Champagne to Chocolate
Lava Cake. For the next four days we basked
in the excitement of our engagement, while
enjoying the snow in Crested Butte.

she earned a Masters of Arts in Mathematics.
She taught high school math for slightly more
than 5 years, before changing to a career
in Insurance. She enjoys running, hiking and
anything outdoors. She also loves to ski,
see live music, and spend time with her and
Adam's dog, River.

merged with his "yuppiness" to
become the "yippie" that he is
today. Adam is a business executive who
excels at running the marketing and operations
end of a business. He is an avid road cyclist,
riding multiple centuries each year and
averages 100+ miles a week on his road bike.

their is inclement weather the ceremony will be
moved to the Sanctuary.
There will be a cocktail party following the ceremony
at
5:00 pm on the Veranda of The Shawnee Inn and
Golf Resort.
The reception will be held at 6:00 pm in The Worthington
Ballroom of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort.
