GOLF CAMP (New!) For high school teens age 13 - 18
The Tillinghast Golf Academy is offering a Golf Camp geared
towards members of High School Golf Teams. This camp is specifically
geared towards making a High School Golf Team or improving
every aspect of a High School golfer's game. Prior to you
attending camp we will speak with your Golf Coach to get an
insight in your golf game and to understand what they would
like you to improve.
Jim
Miller, PGA Director of Instruction, ext 1471. In addition
to teaching, Jim has had a very successful playing career
which includes: 2000 Metropolitan Senior Open and new Jersey
Senior Open Champion, Qualified for 6 Senior Champions Tour
Events, 1968 Junior PGA Champion, 2004 Shawnee Open Senior
Division Champion. The academy teaching staff prides itself
on providing quality and consistent golf instruction. Jim
is proud to be on a team of highly trained and experienced
golf professionals who enjoy a unified teaching philosophy.
Jim is confident that each Junior Camper will leave Shawnee
with a new found knowledge of the game of golf.
Joe
Manley, PGA Apprentice, ext. 1425. Joe graduated from
East Stroudsburg University in 2002 and is entering his
6th year at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort. Due to his
hard work and enthusiasm for the game, Joe was promoted
to Head Professional in 2005. This will be his 6th year
working with Junior Camps.

to spend a week at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort to receive
professional golf instruction at the Tillinghast Golf Academy.

5-10 years old (Boys and Girls)
July 28, 29, 30 (Tue - Wed - Thu)
Time: 9am – 12pm (3 hours per day)
Cost: $146 per child
Includes: A total of nine hours of professional instruction
with a class ratio of 5:1 student/teacher, refreshment beverages,
boxed lunch each day, taxes and resort fees.
Students need to bring their own golf clubs and are required
to wear sneakers or soft spike golf shoes.

Junior
Resident Fee or the High School Fee includes golf
instruction, housing and all meals.
Junior Commuter Fee or the High School Fee includes
golf instruction, lunch, dinner and campers are
encouraged to participate in evening activities.

Extended Day (Commuter): $900
