How we met...
We originally met his brother’s graudation party but Brandon didn’t notice me (he still had a girlfriend). We officially met when his sister, Kelly, told Brandon that I found him attractive and arranged for us to meet at Muffin’s birthday party. We met at Shannon Rose after I went sky diving for another friend’s birthday.

Brandon conspired with Muffin to get me into the city. Muffin asked me, about a month prior, if I was interested in going to the Wax Museum because she had tickets. I accepted and planned the event as well as dinner at my favorite restaurant, Carmines. While taking the train in Muffin brought up going to the NY Library. I didn’t believe we had enough time so I said we can do that another day. No one brought it up again until we were off the train and walking in the city. My sister, Kelly, threw a tantrum, carrying on about going to the Library. I finally gave in and on we went.
At the Library we went roaming room to room. I assumed we were enjoying the architecture but in reality they were looking for a room with books (there isn’t many surprisingly). We walked into a quiet room and Muffin and Brandon take off down an aisle that says “do not enter.” Brandon walked further down and called my name asking me to follow. I said no but he insisted. Once I approached him he pointed out a book that didn’t belong in a sea of Spanish Encyclopedias. I picked up the book and opened the cover. Once you flip the first page the rest of the book is cut out in the shape of a heart with a pillow and a ring and flowers tied to it. At that moment I was confused until Brandon got down on his knee. Of course I said yes (somehow managed not to cry, probably due to shock). Immediately after security came running down the aisle kicking us out and trying to take my book!!! I gave him the evil eye and insisted it was mine. In the end I got to keep my book and put on my ring. After we went to the wax museum and went to two Carmines (I booked the reservations at the wrong one) and it was the perfect end to the perfect night.
