Faith and Michael's Wedding

The outdoor ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm and will take place on the
front lawn facing the scenic Delaware River. The ceremony site will be relocated
to the front porch of the Inn in the event of inclement weather. The cocktail
hour will follow, on the veranda. The reception begins at 7:00pm in the ballroom.
Please join us at
Charlie’s
Bar inside the inn, to continue the festivities after the reception. Our
wedding day will be the day we met, ten years prior. Our wedding color is red.
The color red is a symbol for happiness and joy in Chinese culture, plus it is
my all time favorite color!
The
Engagement...
We
got
engaged
on
July
4,
2003.
We
were
at
the
Schaeffner’s
annual
4th
of
July
party.
There
were
about
fifty
of
us
sprawled
out
on
blankets
watching
the
fireworks
display
over
Lake
Mohawk.
I
told
Mike
that
I
liked
the
sparkly
fireworks
the
best.
He
came
back
with "I
have
something
sparkly
for
you",
and
pulled
out
a
jewelry
box
with
a
diamond
ring
inside.
I
was
so
surprised,
because
we
just
closed
on
the
house
that
same
week,
and
I
thought
we
were
broke!
It
was
great
-
but
most
of
it
is
a
blur!
