Gluten Free Gem

Article by Jeromy Wo, Public Relations---Food comes in all shapes and sizes and it’s all good. From appetizers to desserts and exotic fare to down-home cooking, we as a species are the world’s preeminent foodies. Where else in the animal kingdom has food been so celebrated? In this spirit The Gem and Keystone Brewpub recently rolled out vegetarian and gluten-free menus.

The Gem and Keystone Brewpub has always accommodated guests with special dietary needs. But these menus are more than an accommodation, they are fun and delicious. Try this on for size – The Gem’s Grilled Polenta served with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a creamy garlic sauce… or how about the Filet Mignon on the gluten-free menu that is a generously hand-cut and wood-grilled beef tenderloin topped with triple garlic butter and served with potatoes and vegetables. Are you hungry yet? Imagine washing it down with a pint of ShawneeCraft Brewing Company’s Bourbon Barrel Porter.

For whatever reason you desire vegetarian or gluten-free dining, know that at The Gem and Keystone Brewpub your options come in all shapes and sizes and it’s all good.
