The Gem and Keystone™ Brewpub is the proud home of ShawneeCraft® beers.  A featured selection is also carried at the River Room. 

• We manufacture our heirloom beers™ in keeping with the tradition of centuries, without cutting corners: our pure, all-natural ales and lagers are fresh, complex, and satisfying.
• We source our ingredients as organically and as locally as we can consistent with producing beer of the finest quality.
• We create “whole food” beers: they contain all of the nutrients from their ingredients, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
• We employ no artificial shelf stabilizing agents or chemical ingredients of any kind.
• We use the work of local artisans (carpenters, blacksmiths, farmers, designers, etc.) wherever possible. 
• We tread lightly: our brewhouse is secondhand (of course, so are our barrels), we compost our spent grain, we salvaged   much of the material used in our brewery construction, and we obsessively recycle heat during the brewing process.

Offering cuisine that is unique to the area and delighting guests with a one of a kind dining experience, the River Room brings the outdoors in with entrees that include featured fish of the day taken from sustainable sources,  pork spare ribs, and grilled free-range chicken.

The River Room Piano Bar and Lounge is located in the historic Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort.  It is the perfect spot for great music, lively conversation, meeting family and connecting with old or new friends.  Surround yourself in a comfortable setting and enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere of congeniality and warmth, fast becoming the signature of The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort.

We are proud to present our premiere menu. Our chefs prepare only all-natural meats and seafood from the Smithsonian’s Sustainable Seafood List, complemented by many items sourced from small farms and artisan producers as close to home as possible. In season, our private Shawna Farm™ will produce a special bounty from the rich soil along the Delaware River, augmenting a selection of the region's finest meats, cheeses, and produce.

We are most excited to present superior, hand-crafted ales and lagers from our very own ShawneeCraft® Brewing Company, created just a short walk from our doors by award-winning Brewmaster Leo Bongiorno. Our cuisine is specially designed to be paired with selections from the brewery.

For those who like to dine al fresco, The Bistro is located outdoors on the edge of Shawnee’s legendary 27-hole golf course. Watch players tee off as you enjoy our all-natural light fare menu which specializes in sandwiches, wraps and Panini’s. The Bistro is open seasonally May through September.
