Monday, January 12, 2008 (Shawnee on Delaware, Pennsylvania) — Sam Snead's Tavern in Shawnee on Delaware, Pennsylvania, just added the Buzztime playmaker to its retinue of dining activities offering even more value to Snead's already outstanding dining experience with prizes and competitions.

The Buzztime Playmaker is an electronic devise that connects all restaurant guests and allows them to play various trivia and sports related games together. Sam Snead's Tavern is encouraging guests to participate in the games by offering prizes to high scoring players. Guests can sign up online as frequent players to keep track of their scores and improvements. Frequent players are automatically placed into raffles to receive prizes.

Below is a themed list of prizes offered to high scoring players.

Sundays:

Players with a score of 10,000 or more can enjoy a tavern nacho, hot cheese and spinach dip, or chicken quesadillas for half price from 4pm – 8pm.

Mondays:

Players who score 10,000 points or more win a Stella Artois goblet glass.

"Got to Play Bud Tuesdays":

Players who score 10,000 points or more win Anheuser Busch merchandise that includes either a tote bag, key chain, golf club, etc. Budweiser American Ale is now on tap!

Wacky Wednesdays:

Players who score 10,000 points or more win a prize via Tavern's choice.

Thirsty Thursdays:

Players who score 10,000 points or more win a 16 oz Chesterfield Pilsner.

Fridays and Saturdays:

Weekend Fishbowl… Drop your business card into Sam Snead's Tavern's fishbowl for a chance to win a lunch for two ($25 value). Other prizes will also be available that include Budweiser tote bags, key chains, and collectible Anheuser-Busch 1930 Delivery Trucks.
