Shawnee Hosts Customer Service Conference with Renown Dr. Bryan K. Williams

Thursday, July 8, 2010 (Shawnee on Delaware, Pennsylvania) – The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is hosting a customer service conference on Wednesday, August 11th with service trainer, consultant, and author, Dr. Bryan K. Williams.

Local businesses will have the opportunity to learn how to consistently provide world-class service.  Dr. Williams is a renowned service expert, who has conducted customer service and leadership training for over 100 companies in multiple industries.  He is the former global director of training and organizational effectiveness for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and is very passionate about service.

“I look forward to returning to the beautiful Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort to provide this training to the community. Last year’s sessions were incredible and I expect nothing less from this year’s workshops. This training event is ideal for any business that is committed to serving their customers in an exceptional and memorable way”, said Dr. Bryan K. Williams.

The training will focus on the Habits of Service Superstars, and how they “work like they own it”.  All attendees will leave with specific tools and techniques to consistently deliver engaging service.

Unlike many other training seminars, attendees will be provided with continuous support after the session ends. In addition to email and telephone support, B. Williams Enterprise will host a complimentary tele-conference to reinforce key points and answer additional questions. More information on the tele-conference, will be given on August 11th.

Local businesses can take advantage of the early bird special, $95 per person, if registered by July 27th. Groups of four or more will also receive an early bird discount rate of $90 per person.  After July 27th, the standard registration rate will be $105 per person, and the group registration rate will be $99 per person. 

There will be two identical sessions to choose from.
